Will it change my CV to American spelling?
No. Tailoring keeps the spelling and date style of the CV you uploaded — British English stays British.
Can I upload a Word CV?
Yes — PDF, Word (DOCX) or plain text, up to 8 MB. You can download the tailored version as a PDF or a Word file.
Does it work for academic CVs?
It works best for one- to three-page CVs for industry roles. You can tailor a long academic CV too, but trim publication lists to the most relevant first.
