Really 30% for life? Not just the first year?
Really for life. As long as the customer you referred keeps a paid subscription — monthly or yearly, Pro or Max — you earn 30% of every invoice we bill them. If they upgrade from Pro to Max, you earn 30% of the new higher amount. If they downgrade, 30% of the lower.
What counts as a valid conversion?
Any paying customer — Pro ($2.99/mo, $29.9/yr) or Max ($9.99/mo, $99.9/yr) — who signed up through your link within the 60-day cookie window and paid their first Stripe invoice. Free-plan signups and trial-only signups (the /education 30-day trial) don't earn until they convert to paid.
Do refunds and cancellations affect my payout?
If a customer refunds within Stripe's dispute window, the commission on that invoice is clawed back — same as every honest affiliate program. Cancellations just stop future commissions from that customer; you keep everything already earned. Full-lifetime chargebacks are extremely rare on our SaaS.
Can I use paid ads to send traffic?
Yes — Meta, TikTok, YouTube ads, whatever works — with two constraints: no bidding on "JobTailor", "jobtailor.app" or trademark variants in Google/Bing paid search, and no landing pages that misrepresent the product (no fake discounts, no "exposed" clickbait, no promising features we don't have).
I run a career center at a university / bootcamp. Is there a bulk deal?
Yes. On top of the 30% affiliate commission, students who sign up with a .edu (or equivalent) email already get 30 days of Max free through our /education page. Combine the two and you get a very tidy story: free trial for students + recurring cut for the school when they convert. Email khan@volods.com and we'll set the program up.
How and when do I get paid?
Payouts run through Endorsely on the 1st of each calendar month, for the previous month's cleared commissions. Choose Stripe Express (bank transfer) or PayPal. No minimum payout floor — if you earned $3, you get $3.
Can I see who my referrals are or how much they're spending?
You see anonymised metrics — click count, signup count, paid conversion count, MRR from your referrals, lifetime commission earned. You don't see individual customer names, emails, or plan details. That's the fair line: enough to run your channel, not enough to sell audience data.
What if my application isn't approved?
We approve genuine creators, educators, career coaches, and career-content publishers same-day. We turn away coupon-farm sites, sub-affiliate networks, brand-bid PPC farms, and anything that looks like it would produce fraudulent clicks. If you were rejected and think it's a mistake, reply to the rejection email — Khan reads them.
